Students will learn the differences between co-ops and condos. How does a broker operate with sellers and buyers? Topics include qualifying buyers for a mortgage, renting versus buying, negotiating techniques, pricing properties, and techniques in marketing and sales. Students will understand the process of financing, the contract, and how to get to closing. Additional topics include collaborating with the brokerage community and conducting a market analysis. Ethical considerations will be covered as well as the assembling of a clients board package.
