Cardio, Weights and Relaxation

Baruch's Cardio, Weights and Relaxation courses provide access to our premier facilities and a range of classes, including:

  • Hardcore bodybuilding and ab workouts
  • Meditation, yoga and tai chi classes
  • Fitness programs designed for older adults

Baruch's Athletics and Recreation Complex contains state-of-the-art weight training "Universal and Hammer Strength" equipment such as lifecycles, recumbent bikes, stair climbers, treadmills and elliptical bicycles.
The fitness center also contains eight plasma flat screen televisions and a surround-sound stereo system.

All of the Baruch Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS) fitness programs feature classes led by seasoned professionals who will help you meet your personal fitness goals. Classes are moderately priced and have a flexible daytime and evening schedule designed to meet your needs.
